Abrasive Blasting uses a controlled flow of abrasives mixed with compressed air delivered to the surface of the substrate, to clean the surface and leave a profile. The type of abrasive used varies with the job.

Grits are the angular shaped blasting abrasives, mainly used for making angular blasting profiles Ashirwad specializes in Grit Blasting as per Clients' requirements. We have an in-house Grit Blasting facility, fully-equipped to handle Large Fabrication and Piping Jobs, Cargo Baskets, etc.
The facility is designed in such a way that it can be used to quickly remove large areas of paints or gel coats and ideal for cutting back corroded metal surfaces. The Chilled Iron Grit is the preferred choice for preparing surfaces and stripping of subsequent coating.
